Our Great Whites!

Our philosophy with white wines is simple...start with good grapes and make minimal interventions.  Most of these wines (Chardonnay is the exception) see no oak at all, and they are all cool-fermented to ensure bright and lively fruit character.

This has the dual advantages of allowing us to keep our costs down (barrels are expensive!) and delivering to the glass what nature has delivered to us.

Our wines are available from the winery and occasionally through the LCBO's Vintages program.  Our flagship Gewurztraminer Riesling is available at selected LCBO stores.  If you don't see it, ask.  LCBO stores respond to demand, and they won't bring us in unless our wine-drinking friends support us!
